Islamis Wedding Message

Julchina and Markus

to my general enthusiasm, it turned out that Julia and Mark's purely random way to spend their holiday in the land of poorly functioning imitations. And after the first picture clearly visible euphoria of reunion first full program of the diversity of Chinese culture was driven. That is purely in an impressive first temple (the Temple in Beijing Laama) and then into the luxury karaoke bar. And if that is not enough as a culture shock, then the following train the rest do. Really fit, of course, was not as jet lag and travel by night I took their toll. But somehow we still managed to stay fairly awake and in the evening we were in Jinan, and dare I could start to feed on both the Chinese cuisine. After a super-Krashkurs in the finest Mandarin Chinese ("What that means again? Ding-Dong" "Ne, Ting bu dong!" "My point exactly!") And some initial confrontations with the local pop music, performed great from Andreas in Beijing , was then already clear where the hare hinhoppelt in China - namely, in the Gartopf! Really funny, it was then in the "German Corner" When the two poor pigs then rattled against this torrent of extremely obscure questions of our students. Of course, I had them unprepared to run into the trap. Hey, that was fun! Last weekend we went first (again) went to the Qingdao beer counter. Sorry, we jie in the cozy atmosphere of Pijiu probably felt a bit of native and St. Mark's was unfortunately his wallet (new-choke - spelling) stolen. blessing in disguise was that was not lost too much, but the card blocking at the beginning of the holiday provides some spoils. Valerie and I are after the first weekend then back to Jinan and Juliet and Mark went on to Beijing, where they are currently also. In the university there are currently very much did work for me and I am unfortunately very little to others, but at least I one day off a week. Although turned out of the first year of teaching as less problematic than expected, but it's not quite as easy herzuspringen constantly between English and German and forth. There is also very nice to meet so many new students, of which the boys all really want to drink beer with us. So voice and Saufkenntnisse are again stretched to the limit! In addition, there are also 4 new Australian teachers are very cooperative and sometimes directly to a Party have called on Friday. Jason has also times of (South) Korea and now has reported a 6-day week, the poor pig. We try to continue with the daily chaos and madness to get along and learn to teach the new spelling rules and passing. For this I express ourselves, fingers crossed! And you too, what she always does! One more thing: I grade the Chinese word for "crocodile" learned that there is called "e yu" and without regard to the character "hungry fish" mean can - appropriately in my opinion! Good mnemonic!

How Much Is Admissions To Cineplex Odeon

Yantai - Easter Egg!

So, now, but continue with the Travel report. Is already long enough ago. My next stop was to Qingdao Yantai, another seaside town, where I am even with my dislike of fish (or taste) the best of hands. Here I stayed with family Shu, which I was kindly invited. They are the parents of Lu Shu, a student of mine with whom I am good friends with. Hospitality is something very important in China and I was really gemestet and bottled. Good thing I practiced the beer drinking in Germany already! Now the city: "To see it is not much," says the guide. But who listens to a guide? In particular, the waterfront is really very interesting, because there are many old commercial buildings from the colonial period. And the local historical museum was in those days even ümmesönst. So what more could you want. Besides the sea and there were. So - Fuck You, "Reise Know-How". From the book, I advise a little bit. "Lonely Planet" is a much better. There was also a New Year's Day parade there. And a dried tortoise! And statues of sea cucumbers! Sea cucumbers have always a very high social status in China. As you can pack up the caviar. In any case, the city was very beautiful, and finally not quite as crowded and noisy as most other cities. For more pictures from there as usual on my Flickr page
From Yantai in, I then took the ferry to Dalian, which also was once an adventure, as I once again the attraction was on board and also have traveled third class. NEN few would have Freddy Quinn sing songs at the rail and ask for money to. As a second pillar for teaching. Reminder again: http://www.flickr.com/photos/punchorock/ . That with the links I still have not strapped. But coming soon!

New semester, new luck!

Last Monday, now has the new semester started, and it just went for a go again without teaching material and double bottom. Since we are finally in tears the Jason have adopted (see picture) spin now, new teachers in today and so slow it reflects life (or something which is called so) in the booth. The first lesson went pretty well, sometimes even really good and who is already enjoying the fruits, a whole group of Chinese the phrase "brown beer brewer peasant bride" to be told backward and forward? In any case, I have to learn 100 new students a lot of the names are sometimes "Gesila" and "Alwine. This is still a joke. And the new teacher, Valentine, must also be chinesitisiert yet, and I very deeply into the grab bag of tricks (as you can see in the pictures). Unfortunately, I have the Chinese teachers too many swear words taught and now I am called frequently times "snoring nose" and "whistle". In the latter, they squander away and to me, however, and as such is a "Pfieffe" or very rough and "pepper" smashed against. This is the case then of course hard. And then when I give my students the opportunity to ask me some questions, is something like "What color eyes do you have?". SOOOO interesting I find myself again not now! Well does, but all in all (some just because of this) is still a lot of fun and I will once again able to develop my whole entertainment potential. And my Chinese is a bit more now. Now I can even say perfectly that i ch not understand! Hurrah! Even the phrase "Without the party, there would be no new China", I can (gong chan dang you Mei mei you xin jiu Zhongguo). And I was certified that I am Chinese (s) have become. Will say more stupid than before. Glad I'm already doing on the visit by Julia and Mark, with which I will do it again on a tour of the area and can show off with half knowledge. So it is once again fun in the land of the death penalty.

Clear Blue Ovulation False Positives

Good idea

Hi Marina!
The question I find very interesting and very realistic. The school is so ahead of us, and we should really deal with the Theama. Certainly chalk and talk to the teacher is often easier to quarrel, but it needs to educate teachers for the children a goal to separate people. I see this in the open learning a great opportunity. What do you think of open lessons could replace conventional classroom instruction completely (as some in Sweden)? Would it be possible for Germany? An open school make? Have already so I think and would like to know if it agrees with your views.

Macleans White Strips

Babe, I'm back again!

Hi! Bin returned yesterday from my holiday and wanted to deliver the first reports. It was really quite töfte what do I got to see everything. First we went to Qingdao, which is a really beautiful city. After that I had gone to Yantai, which is indeed "not quite as impressive" but still has a certain charm. I'm geschippert a ferry to Dalian, which is the absolute fashion city in China and you can see really wacky trends. In particular, the Mega-Death of a Chinese robe surprised me hard. NEM has a lot of '80s-style dress like the here and style. I will try to present the cities or individually but first there are times photos of Qingdao, in more detail by the Pijiu lu - the beer road. There is namely, the Tsingtao Brewery, which produces the best-known beer brand in China and of course a must for a "beer tourism" is. Thanks to my two girls Helen and Therese (Meng Heng and Tan Junjie), which turned out to be exceptionally good tour guides, I get to see much amazing. Among other things, we were finally in the Peking Opera, which was only half as bad as you imagine it. And even ümmesönst! This was then, many interesting buildings from the German colonial period and some rock temple. Who ever comes in the vicinity should definitely take a look there. Now the journey continues (on Monday the 5th) again with the teaching going on and I will teach the second semester (Japps!), which has only been about 6 months Learn German. This will not be easy but somehow's will work out. can work on with a pinch of hands. Or so. So another challenge it is to dealing with banal dilettantism. On Tuesday it will also gain from Aachen, and on 17 look at Mark and Julia (also Aachen) over here and then I can play the Touriführer. Another challenge! This indeed has no end! And my computer zickt have it again! So all the same. Hope you are all going well and I'm looking forward to your mails with information from the gossip of the imperial city.

Open learning-An alternative to chalk and talk?

Hello Team,

we already have each introduced a form of open teaching in detail. I think we should concern ourselves now, for example with the following question:

"Provides Open learning is an alternative to chalk and talk?" Maybe everyone should

argue first time in his view, that is, run the benefits of the described method so that we get a discussion take place. In a second step one can then employ even closer to the chalk and talk or reaffirm its position.
Expect your opinion!

Greetings
